Why Consider Psychotherapy with Pieter van den Berg?

 

As a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia (#2107) I offer over twelve years' experience helping literally hundreds of individuals and couples achieve greater well-being, happiness, fulfillment, and productivity. Our unique approach combines elements of traditional talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), pactical solution-focused therapy, skills teaching, and integrative body psychotherapy.

 

My experience includes the provincial health sector, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), corporate consulting, community counselling, vocational rehabilitation, and the education sector. Besides practicing psychotherapy and hypnotherapy I have taught counselling courses at a community college in Vancouver, B.C. I also perform vocational rehabilitation and psycho-vocational assessments to help individuals with psychological or physical barriers get their career lives back on track.

 

When not doing psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, or psycho-vocational rehabilitation work, I enjoy hiking, practicing free-from dancing, and connecting with my community of friends and family. I live in beautiful Vancouver, Canada.
